Scope

All Independent Contractor Helpers who are registered, vetted and verified on the Five Good Friends Platform.

Objective

This policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which a platform worker's account may be temporarily or permanently deactivated. The goal is to maintain a safe, reliable, and professional environment for all users.

Deactivation Grounds

Five Good Friends reserves the right to temporarily or permanently deactivate a Helper's account for the following reasons:

  1. Violation or failure to meet the obligations of the Brokerage Agreement: Any violation of the Brokerage Agreement, including but not limited to:
  2. Poor Performance: Consistent failure to meet performance standards, as determined by Five Good Friends.
