Five Good Friends (FGF) understands the identification and management of a major disruption are of critical importance in establishing a resilient business. This is achieved by developing and maintaining an effective Resilience Program.
The purpose of the Resilience Program is to establish an enterprise-wide effective, documented methodology to protect against, reduce the likelihood of occurrence, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive incidents when they arise.

The objective of our Resilience Program is to maintain the best possible services for our Members and their loved ones and our Helpers. This is achieved by maximising preparedness and response to a critical incident and minimising the impact a major disruption could have on the viability of our business. This also includes:
