Five Good Friends and The Lookout Way are committed to a culture of transparency, high ethical behaviour and corporate compliance across our business and in the delivery of services to our Members and customers.

Scope

This Policy applies to casuals, contractors, Helpers, part-time, and full-time employees of Five Good Friends and The Lookout Way (referred to as workers throughout this policy). It also applies across all jurisdictions where we operate. If local legislation, regulation, or laws provide a higher level of protection than what is included in this policy, the local legislation will take precedence.

This Policy is not designed to deal with general employment grievances and complaints. If you have a complaint or wish to raise a grievance, refer to the Grievance Policy.

Objective

The Policy aims to:

• Encourage workers to report an issue if they reasonably believe someone has engaged in serious wrongdoing.
• Provide protection for workers who report any allegations.
• Outline how Five Good Friends and The Lookout Way will deal with whistleblowing reports.
• Ensure that all allegations are thoroughly investigated with suitable action taken, when necessary.
